The Taoyuan St. noodle shop is our favorite place for Hong Sao Beef Noodles! It's been there for at least 30 years.The restaurant is so well-known that it doesn't need a sign; we just refer to it as "Tao Yuan Jieh Niu Ro Mien".
Official name, though it's not on their sign: "Lao Wang Ji Niu Ro Mien Da Wang" (Old Wang Beef Noodle King).
